Terms and Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Students under 18 must access the platform under parental supervision through a child account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Armstrong reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Armstrong grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or modify our content without prior written permission.
• Content access is subject to subscription rules and access timelines (e.g., one lesson every 3 days, per Armstrong's roadmap).

• While we implement strong security (TLS, encryption, access controls), you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4.1 Subscription

• Subscriptions grant time-based access to content. Access is not guaranteed beyond the plan's term.
• Cancellation ends access at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are offered for unused time.

4.2 Payments

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other approved methods.
• Pricing may vary by region. All fees include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Refunds and Toolkit Claims

• Tool kits may be eligible for replacement if parts are missing/damaged. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds (if approved) are issued via the original payment method.

4.4 Free Trials and Promo Codes

• Eligibility for free trials is determined solely by Armstrong. Trials may be revoked for abuse.
• Promo codes are subject to expiration and usage limits.

• Armstrong retains all rights to the platform, software, course materials, AI systems, and branding.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape our content or code.

You agree not to:

• Access non-public areas of the platform or our backend systems
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
• Use bots or scrapers
• Disrupt service functionality (e.g., spam, overloading, DDoS)

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

• Our services may include AI-powered tutors, content recommendations, and analytics.
• AI responses are generated for educational purposes and should be used with human oversight.
• Armstrong makes no guarantee that AI-generated content is 100% accurate or appropriate in all contexts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Armstrong is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or personal injury resulting from platform use.
• Programs requiring hands-on activity must be supervised by adults.

You agree to indemnify Armstrong against any third-party claims related to your use of the Services, content submissions, or violations of these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Any disputes not resolved through informal negotiation or arbitration will be handled by courts in Alexandria, Egypt.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
